The Crisis Management Center is a national institution in charge of coordination and management of all types of crisis situations on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia. The center provides 24/7 operational readiness and inter-institutional coordination.

The number 195 is intended for: Fire Reporting Flooding Landslides Natural disasters Other crisis situations If this is a direct life-threatening situation, please also contact emergency services.

The centre has a coordinating role. It organizes and coordinates the work of the competent institutions (police, army, fire brigades, municipalities and other services) that go on the ground.
