Request for Access to Public Information

Request for access to public information All legal entities and individuals have free access to information. Foreign legal entities and individuals also have free access to information in accordance with this and other laws. The Request form contains the name of the Holder of the information, the personal name and surname of the Requester of the information, data on the possible representative or authorized person, the company or legal entity, a description of the information with which he wishes to become acquainted, in what way he wishes to become acquainted with the content of the requested information and in what way the requested information should be provided. A request can be submitted completed and on a regular sheet of paper, but the requester is obliged to state on the same that it is a Request based on the Law on Free Access to Public Information. The requester is not obliged to explain the request.
